Using the website:

  • Click on "Activity & Payments" in the top navigation menu. 
  • Select "Deposit Bitcoin" from the dropdown menu. 
  • Click on "Generate Deposit Address" to generate a new Bitcoin address.
  • Send your Bitcoin to the newly generated deposit address.


Using the Cointiply mobile app:

  • From the in-app menu, select "Withdraw & Deposit".
  • Select the "Deposit" tab at the top of the screen to switch over to the Deposit view.
  • Click on "Generate Deposit Address" to generate a new Bitcoin address.
  • Tap the deposit address to automatically copy it to your clipboard.
  • Send your Bitcoin to the newly generated deposit address.



Earn Interest on Your Deposits:


Remember, you can earn 5% annual interest if you have at least 35,00 Coins in your Cointiply account. 

This includes deposited Coins. 



Is there a minimum deposit?


No, there is no minimum. You can send any amount of Bitcoin to your deposit address and it will be automatically credited to your account. 


What conversion rate will be used when I deposit? 


We use live market rates at the time the deposit receives 2 confirmations on the blockchain to convert your Bitcoin to Coins. 


1 Coin is equal to 1 Satoshi when Bitcoin is at $10,000 USD.


When will my deposit be credited?


Your deposit will automatically be credited to your account after 2 confirmations on the blockchain. 


How do I view my current & past deposits?


Using the website:

  • Click on "Activity & Payments" in the top navigation menu. 
  • Select "Payment History" from the dropdown menu.
  • You can filter your selection by selecting the filter icon on the top right and selecting "Deposits".


Using the Cointiply mobile app:

  • From the in-app menu, select "Activity Feed"
  • Select the "Payment History" tab on the top of the screen.
  • You can filter your selection to view only deposits by selecting the filter icon on the top left and selecting "Deposits".


What happens if my deposit is delayed or is not credited after 2 confirmations?


Occasionally delays can occur due to maintenance or other network issues. Please wait at least 24 hours for the deposit to credit before opening a support ticket. 


If your deposit has more than 2 confirmations AND it has been more than 24 hours since you sent it, please open a support ticket and we will manually credit your account.
