How To Contact Offer Walls On Contiply
It's frustrating when an offer doesn’t complete properly. Unfortunately, the only people who can correct it are the offerwalls themselves. If you completed an offer and didn't get your Coins, please contact the offerwall directly. Below, are instructions on how to contact each offerwall's support.
In addition, here are a couple of hints for dealing with offers that have not paid.
1.) Firstly, wait awhile. Most offers credit instantly, but some don’t so give it time.
2.) Take a screenshot to prove that you completed the offer. You can include that screenshot when you contact the offer wall.
Directions for Contacting Cointiply Offer Walls When Using the Web Site
Click on the menu option in the upper left corner of the page. Select Reward Status and open the offer you are having issues with. Press the Contact button next to the offer to create a ticket.
AdGate also has an external help page with instructions for getting help when using a PC or a mobile device.

Note: If AdGem's Reward Status link shows that you opened a ticket when you did not, please use the special contact page on their site to contact them and explain that you were unable to open a ticket through their support.

Click on offers > My Offers > Support. On the Support page you will see a list of your active or completed offers. Find the one you need, select Open Ticket, and follow directions.
Click on Support on the page that lists available surveys for the link to support.
On the Home page select Support from the far left column. On the new page select Troubleshooting. On the new page select Submit a request. Once you get there choose hideoutTV User Support and follow the directions.

On the list of offers page click on the headphones icon . It will take you to your current offer status.
Each active offer will be listed along with the current status and a link to get help. Click on that option and follow the directions.
Click on the three lines in the upper right corner of the list of offers page. Select Help & Support. Click on the green Submit A Support Request and follow the directions.

YourSurveys works directly with Cointiply. If you have trouble getting credit for a survey you completed, please open a ticket directly with Cointiply using our Help & Support site in your user menu. Please provide screenshot proof that you completed the survey so we can investigate. If you have any other issues with YourSurveys, such as being blocked or banned by YourSurveys, please contact YourSurveys directly using the Support link at the top of the YourSurveys offerwall. Click on Start Installing Apps. Select the three lines in the upper left corner. Select My Offers and click on the offer in question.
Click on Complete Surveys and click on the 3 lines in the top right corner. Select Help and follow directions.

Click on the menu option in the upper left corner of the page. Scroll to find Featured Offers and click on In Progress. Then open Support. Find the offer under discussion and click on Open Ticket. From there select Contact us to create a ticket.
