How To Contact Offer Walls On Contiply
It's frustrating when an offer doesn’t complete properly. Unfortunately, the only people who can correct it are the offerwalls themselves. If you completed an offer and didn't get your Coins, please contact the offerwall directly. Below, are instructions on how to contact each offerwall's support.
In addition, here are a couple of hints for dealing with offers that have not paid.
1.) Firstly, wait awhile. Most offers credit instantly, but some don’t so give it time.
2.) Take a screenshot to prove that you completed the offer. You can include that screenshot when you contact the offer wall.
Directions for Contacting Cointiply Offerwalls
The AceWall offewall does not have a direct support link in the offerwall itself. The company behind AceWall does have an article with helpful tips for completing their offers, along with a direct link for contacting the company>. Note that there is no AceWall branding on this support form.
The AdGate Media offerwall has a Support link at the top of the offerwall page. Click this link to see your offer history. There will be a Contact link next to offers that did not complete. Use that link to open a ticket for that specific offer. You will most likely get an error for any offer that is older than 30 days.
AdGate also has an external help page with instructions for getting help when using a PC or a mobile device.
AdGem does not have a direct support link in their offerwall. The company does have a special contact page on their own website for members having trouble receiving rewards.
AdscendMedia includes a support button on the top right of its home page. Click that link to see a list of your Adscend offers, with a contact link next to each one. There is also a contact form available on Adscend's site.
EnligneSurvey instructs members who have trouble completing a survey send a screenshot of that completion to support@enlignesurvey for review.
HideoutTV support is handled through AdscendMedia's supoort, as described above. Hideout also offers a detailed contact page that includes an option for attachments.
JungleSurvey offers a "Report a Bug" link, which opens up a contact form you can use to report an issue with a JungleSurvey offer.
KiwiWall has a Support link labeled "Wall Support" at the bottom of their offerwall. If you click that link, you'll be taken to a contact form where you can craft a message to the offerwall. Be prepared to show proof of completing any offer you're having difficulty with.
MinuteStaff has a contact form on their own website that allows for an email message or the creation of a support ticket.
OfferToro has a support link labeled "My Coins" at the top right corner of their offerwall. That link includes a history of all your OfferToro offers, including the status of that offer. For offers that haven't been completed, use the contact link for that offer to start a ticket. In addition, there is an email contact option at email@example.com.
Opinion Capital has a Contact link on the top right corner of their offerwall. Clicking that link opens a form you can use to start a ticket.
OpinionNetwork works directly with Cointiply. If you have trouble getting credit for a survey you completed, please open a ticket directly with Cointiply using our Help & Support site in your user menu. Please provide screenshot proof that you completed the survey so we can investigate.
The Persona.ly offer wall features a support button on their offer page.
Pollfish's support is handled directly through its own, external website. The Pollfish site features a blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of their home page for contacting customer support.
RevenueWall offers a History link at the top right corner of their offerwall. You can use that to check the status of surveys you have started. In addition, there is a Contact Us link at the very bottom of their offerwall. Clicking that opens a form that allows you to start a ticket.
SaySo Rewards offers support on their website. On the SaySo Rewards home page, a chat function will open in the bottom right corner when you first pull up that page. both chat and email options on their web site at
Surveytime can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tap Research offers support directly on their offerwall. First, click or tap the human/profile icon on the upper right corner of their offerwall. Then click or tap the Help tab. That opens up a contact form for starting a ticket. It also includes a FAQ for Tap-specific issues.
TheoremReach offers support through the "?" in the purple circle in the lower left corner of their offerwall. You won't be able to ask for support for surveys taken longer than 30 days ago. TheoremReach also has a special email address for users at email@example.com, and a contact form
on their website. We recommend using the Support form in the offerwall.
