How to Contact Cointiply’s Offerwalls (Desktop)
Use the provider’s built-in support to resolve missing credits fastest.

  • Open the menu (upper-left).
  • Select Reward Status and open the affected offer.
  • Press Contact next to the offer to create a ticket.

  • For other issues (e.g., block/ban), use the Support link at the top of the YourSurveys offerwall to open a ticket directly with YourSurveys.
Tip: Before contacting a partner, gather a timestamped screenshot (or completion proof). Many partners request these in their ticket forms.
