Follow the instructions below to contact each offerwall’s support from the Cointiply Android app.

Instructions
- Tap Start Installing Apps.
- Tap the three lines (upper-left) and choose My Offers.
- Tap the offer in question.

- Tap the help icon on their page.
- Select Offer History and tap the appropriate offer.
- Tap Missing Points to create a ticket.

- Tap the three lines on the right side of the screen.
- Select Reward Status, then tap Pending.
- Tap the specific offer you’re working on.
- Scroll to the FAQ section and choose the item that best matches your need.

- Tap the three lines (top-right) and choose Help.
- Follow the on-screen directions.

Instructions
- Tap the menu (upper-left).
- Scroll to Featured Offers and tap In Progress, then open Support.
- Find the offer and tap Open Ticket, then select Contact us to create a ticket.

- Scroll to More questions and select FAQs & Support.
- Scroll to Rewards and select Why am I not getting…, then follow the prompts.

PollFish (Android)
Does not offer direct user support.

- On the offers list, tap the headphones icon to view your status.
- Each active offer shows status and a help link; tap that link.
- Follow the directions to submit your request.

Tip: Before contacting a partner, gather a timestamped screenshot (or completion proof). Many partners request these in their ticket forms.
