I want to change my email
We can change the email on your Cointiply account if all of the following are true:
  • Your account is in good standing.
  • Your account has not been compromised.
  • Your account is properly secured (for example, strong unique password and 2FA enabled).

To request the change, please open a support ticket and tell us the new email you’d like to use. Be prepared to verify account ownership—we may ask security questions.
