No — Cointiply currently covers blockchain transaction fees. (Some wallets/exchanges may have their own deposit rules.)
How long do payouts take?
- Most withdrawals process in 24–72 hours.
- After we send it, blockchain timing applies:
- DOGE/Dash/Litecoin: minutes to hours
- Bitcoin: can be longer during network congestion
Where can I check my payment?
- See status anytime on your Payments page.
- For sent withdrawals, use the transaction link to view confirmations on the blockchain.
What do “Pending / Review / Held” mean?
- Pending: in our processing queue.
- Under review: routine manual check; usually clears in 24–72 hours.
- Held: needs deeper review — please contact support.
“Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Required”
- Refresh the Cashout page and submit again.
- If needed, log out and back in, then retry.
- We recommend enabling 2FA in Settings for extra security.
Can I earn interest on my Coins?
Yes — balances over 35,000 Coins can earn 5% annual interest (paid weekly) when enabled in Settings and activity requirements are met.
Can a sent payment be reversed?
No — blockchain transfers are irreversible. Always double-check your wallet address and coin type before requesting a withdrawal.
Tip: If a payment is Pending or Under review, it will process automatically — no ticket needed.
